Questions people actually ask
- Why is this cheaper than the alternatives?
- Because it is one product built by the person who needed it, not a platform with a sales team to fund. The plan is to raise prices slowly as the product earns it, not to buy customers with a discount and then surprise them.
- Will the price go up?
- Yes, as the product grows. Anyone already paying keeps their rate for at least twelve months after any increase, and you will hear about it from us before you see it on an invoice.
- Does it need my mailbox?
- No. You can paste a message, upload an .eml file, or forward mail to a private address and never connect an account. Connecting a mailbox is read-only when you do — it cannot send, move or delete anything.
- What happens to my email content?
- It is stored so the workspace can point back at the sentence a task came from, isolated per company at the database level, and deleted when you delete the workspace. Extraction runs without any AI model; the optional AI enrichment is the only thing that sends text anywhere else, and it is off unless you turn it on.
- Is there a free plan?
- There is a 30-day trial of any tier with no card. After that the account pauses rather than charging you — you keep your data and can export it.
- Can I change plans or remove seats?
- Any time, both directions, and you are credited for the unused part of what you paid. There is no minimum term beyond the year you have already bought.
