Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Conduit33. They are written to be read — plain sentences, numbered clauses, and no defined-term maze.
Effective August 6, 2026
1. Who this agreement is between
“Conduit33”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of conduit33.network. “You” means the person or organisation using the service. Using the service means you accept these terms; if you are accepting on behalf of an employer, you are confirming you are allowed to.
Conduit33 is currently operated by an individual rather than an incorporated entity. We will update this clause when that changes, and continuing to use the service after that update carries the agreement over to the new entity.
2. What the service does
Conduit33 reads email you give it and turns it into a structured workspace: extracting dates, amounts, participants, files, and the commitments each side of a conversation has made. You can edit what it extracts, assign work to people, and share a read-only view.
Extraction is automated and imperfect. It will sometimes miss an obligation, misread a date, or attribute a promise to the wrong side. Do not use Conduit33 as the sole record for anything with a legal or financial deadline. Every extracted value is shown with the sentence it came from precisely so you can check it, and checking it is your responsibility rather than ours.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of the email address you register. Keep your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly at hello@conduit33.network if you think an account has been accessed by someone who should not have it.
Members of an organisation can see that organisation’s workspaces according to the role they were given. Choosing who to invite, and with what role, is yours to manage.
4. Your content stays yours
You keep all rights to the email, files and text you put into Conduit33. You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it, display it back to you and to people you share it with, and to back it up.
We do not use your content to train machine-learning models, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising. If you enable the optional AI enrichment feature, the text you submit is sent to our AI provider to be processed and returned; it is not used to train that provider’s models either. That feature is off unless you turn it on.
5. Mail you send us and mailboxes you connect
If you forward mail to a Conduit33 address, or connect a mailbox so we can read it, you are confirming you are entitled to do that. Business email routinely contains other people’s information, and the decision to bring a message into Conduit33 is yours.
A connected mailbox can be disconnected at any time from Settings, which revokes our access going forward. Content already imported stays until you delete it.
6. Share links
A share link gives anyone holding it read-only access to one workspace, without an account. Treat a share link as public: we cannot tell who opens it, and forwarding it is outside our control. Links can be revoked at any time, which takes effect immediately.
7. What you may not do
- Break the law, or use the service to help someone else break it.
- Upload content you have no right to, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Attempt to reach another customer’s data, probe our access controls without permission, or interfere with the service for others.
- Resell the service, or use it to build a competing product from our non-public behaviour.
- Send bulk unsolicited mail through anything we operate.
Good-faith security research is welcome and is not a breach of this clause. Report findings to security@conduit33.network and give us a reasonable chance to fix them before publishing.
8. Payment
Conduit33 does not currently charge for the service and has no billing in place. When paid plans begin we will publish the terms — price, billing period, refund policy and notice period — and will not start charging an existing account without notice and an explicit opt-in.
9. Ending it, and getting your data out
You can stop using Conduit33 at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches clause 7, or if we stop operating the service — in which case we will give at least 30 days’ notice where we are able to.
Before any deletion we initiate, you get a reasonable opportunity to export your data. If we shut the service down we will say so in advance and provide an export route. We will not hold your data hostage to a payment dispute.
10. The service is provided as it is
We work to keep Conduit33 available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extraction will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
There is no service-level agreement today. If one is introduced it will be a separate written commitment, not an implication of this document.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or lost data, even if warned they were possible.
Our total liability arising out of the service is capped at the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Because the service is currently free, that cap is presently one hundred dollars, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice — by email to account holders, or a notice in the product — before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
